"Felt Like I Was Being Talked Down To"
I had to wait a while to get answers, which was already frustrating, but what bothered me more was the way they responded when they finally got back to me. It kind of felt like I was being talked down to instead of just being helped

"Helpful enough, but a bit hit or miss"
The training resources were alright overall. Some of the guides actually helped me get started, which I appreciated because I’m the kind of person who will click around cluelessly for way too long before admitting I need instructions. A few of the videos felt a little outdated or hard to follow though, kind of like when you look up a recipe and the person spends five minutes talking about their garden before getting to the point. Not terrible by any means, but I think it could be clearer and more beginner-friendly for people like me.
"Not the Worst, But Definitely Frustrating!!!"
I ordered wholesale from JDS Industries, it didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped!!! A few items ended up being out of stock after I had already placed my order, which was annoying!!! The email updates were also kind of slow, so I was left waiting around a bit. The prices are decent, but shipping took longer than I planned for!!! It wasn’t a total disaster, but when you’re trying to get customer jobs done on time, those delays really add stress!!!

"Samples Helped, Though It Took Some Digging"
I got a few samples from JDS Industries before placing an order, which was helpful. I mostly remember that part because it made me feel better about what I was buying. I don’t remember all the back-and-forth details, but I do know I had to do a little more checking than I expected to figure out what could actually be sampled. Overall, not a bad experience, I just wish the sample options were easier to find or a bit more clearly listed.

Most of the time, the stuff I’m looking for is in stock, which is definitely convenient. I do sometimes wonder about the quality of a few items, though, so I tend to check things over before buying.

"Easy place to find a lot of options"
I usually end up using JDS Industries because they just have a huge selection. It’s nice not having to bounce between a bunch of different sites for blanks, plaques, and all those random little parts you suddenly need. The categories are easy to click through, and I can usually find it fast. It’s a good site if you like having plenty of options in one place.

"Billing issue took longer than it should have"
The order itself went fine, but I noticed a small unexpected charge on my invoice afterward. They did eventually fix it, which I appreciate, but it took longer than I think it should have. For the hassle and the time spent following up, I feel some kind of compensation or credit would be fair.

"Good Selection, but My Wallet Felt the Plot Twist"
JDS Industries usually has the stuff I’m looking for, which is great, but the pricing can feel a little all over the place. Some items are totally reasonable, and then others hit me like a surprise villain reveal. Once shipping gets added, the total can climb faster than expected. Overall, it’s not a bad place to order from at all—I just wish it was a bit easier on the budget

"Shipping is kind of hit or miss"
I’ve ordered from jdsindustries.com a few times now, and I guess overall it’s been okay. The stuff does show up, so that’s good, but the delivery timing has been a little all over the place for me. Sometimes it gets here right when it says it will, and then other times it’s a day or two late and there isn’t much of an update, which makes it feel more annoying than it maybe is. Nothing has ever come damaged and the orders have been right, so I can’t really complain too much. I just feel like if the shipping info was more accurate, I’d like ordering from them more. Not a bad experience, just not exactly great either

"Horrible"
first red sign is they won’t show you any prices unless you become a “member” and give all your information about self and company. Then once you do and fill that out, they have a form that comes up that has some more review and get back to you later, no time frame, nothing. Just a, when it’s convenient for us, we may respond. They have a live chat that when you try to click it it says “we’ve gone away for a while, check back later”.
In todays world the only reason to hide your goods and prices behind a top secret personal information wall is because they know their prices and items are not competitive with the open market so they try to make them seem special. Stop trying to be Sams club and just let people shop. I ordered what we needed from Amazon and will gladly not come back.
Not sure how this cult has tricked people into thinking if they learn a secret handshake, they’ll get a deal. Absolutely ridiculous

I got my order faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was actually fine too, nothing fancy but it did the job. The tracking updates weren’t perfect, but overall I’m happy with the shipping experience.

I ran into a setup issue and had to reach out to tech support... there was a little wait for a reply, but once I got connected, the guy clearly knew what he was doing. He walked me through it without making it a big hassle, so overall, good experience!

"Colors didn’t match and no one followed up"
I ordered a few sheets and noticed the colors were slightly off from one another, and the material didn’t feel the same between pieces either. They’re still usable, but it’s frustrating when you need everything to match. I also never got any follow-up about it, which made the whole experience feel a bit disappointing.

I had a question about an order on jdsindustries.com, the sales rep got back to me quickly. They helped me figure out the right item without making the whole thing more complicated than it needed to be, which I appreciated. I’m only giving 4 stars because I did have to wait a little on one follow-up, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, the support was solid.

I had to follow up with them twice just to get the return information, which was really frustrating. On top of that, they kept making me verify the same details again and again, so the whole thing took way longer than it should have.
